BENEFITS OF BIOFEEDBACK AND MASSAGE


You might ask, “How can I benefit from combining my massage with biofeedback?”

Some people use massage as a tool for developing greater awareness.  By recalling the state of consciousness entered during a relaxing massage session, many people are able to enhance their spiritual practices and accelerate the development of their meditative skills.
