BENEFITS OF BIOFEEDBACK AND MASSAGE

You might ask, “How can I benefit from combining my massage with biofeedback?”

Some people use massage as a tool for developing greater awareness.  By recalling the state of consciousness entered during a relaxing massage session, many people are able to enhance their spiritual practices and accelerate the development of their meditative skills. No question, the state of awareness induced by massage is worthy of conscious recall.  Only if it were as easy as it sounds.  One means of improving our ability to consciously remember who we are when we are very relaxed is through a biofeedback process. We can practice using biofeedback to observe (real-time) changes in our body’s subtle energies then consciously guide our thoughts, feelings and breathing to attain the desired physiological state.  As with anything, improvements are the result of persistent and continuous practice.
Biofeedback is a tool you can utilize to help you develop your awareness and meditative skills.  Take advantage of the current demonstration offer to experience the effects of consciously guiding your body’s subtle energies.

IT'S ALMOST VALENTINE'S DAY

So what if:

1-… you don’t have a “Significant Other”?

2-… your significant other does not realize that you would really appreciate a gift certificate for a massage?

You can give the gift of relaxation to thee most influential and important person in your world, YOU!  No question.  And you don’t even need to go through the formality of giving the Gift Certificate.  You can just click “Online Scheduling” and be done.  Just like that.

So, if you feel that you would feel better after:

a Full Body Amma massage,

an upper body Chair Form acupressure massage,

a vigorous Sports massage or

a simple Relaxing Swedish massage, go for it.

Make time for yourself.   You’ll be glad you did.   Peace.

SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO

In a perfect world, my day would begin by receiving a full body Amma massage before work, a 15 minute upper body acupressure massage in the afternoon, and a relaxing Swedish massage after work at the end of the day.  Maybe some occassional trigger point therapy and deep tissue work for any tight spots.

No troubles, no worries, no pains.

It hasn’t happened so far.
